Return and exchange scope

Returns are available for defective and non-defective products, and exchanges are accepted. Apply within 30 days from delivery for new goods. Non-defective merchandise must be unused and remain in original condition; a preference change, change of mind or wrong option can be considered when these conditions are met.

Approval comes first

Send littleburks54575@gmail.com the order number, checkout email, reason and desired resolution. Add useful photos or video for damage, faults, incorrect products, missing pieces or a substantial description mismatch. Do not mail the item until approval and exact return instructions are confirmed.

Postal return and outcome

Eligible returns use the free prepaid label included inside the original package. Ask us for help if it is missing or lost, and use it only following approval. There is no restocking charge. Exchange availability depends on stock. We process and initiate the original-method refund within 10 days after approval; financial-institution posting may continue afterward. Statutory remedies are unaffected.
