Shipping Policy

Before a parcel leaves

Once payment authorization succeeds, preparation ordinarily takes 1–2 business days. This work happens before the carrier transit estimate begins.

On the way

Delivery after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days, with weekends and relevant holidays excluded. Destinations and shipping costs appear at checkout, and no estimated date is a guaranteed arrival. Initial tracking scans can be delayed.

If delivery needs attention

Review the shipping address during checkout. Write to littleburks54575@gmail.com about stalled tracking, loss, damage or a delivered scan when the parcel cannot be found. Supply the order number, checkout email and tracking record, plus photographs when appropriate.
